Service Description

Repattern, Release & Replenish This in-person experience is for women who recognise they’re repeating unhealthy patterns, behaviours, and emotional loops that no longer serve them and are keeping them from creating the life they want to live. In the first half of the session, we sit together and gently explore the patterns, emotional cycles, and subconscious beliefs driving them. From there, you’ll move onto the couch where we release those old beliefs from the body and imprint new ones that support the life you want to step into. The session closes with deep relaxation through gentle touch, sound, and scent — leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and replenished. Sessions take place in my home in Melksham, offering a calm and welcoming space. For a limited time, this new experience is available at an introductory rate of £77.
