Mentoring, Courses & Programmes
By booking a mentoring session, programme, course or event with Sam Lyndley, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an agreed payment plan is in place.
Payment plans are available for selected mentoring programmes. Where a payment plan has been agreed, all instalments remain payable in accordance with the agreed schedule.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are generally non-refundable once the applicable cancellation period has passed, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please contact us directly.
For online courses and digital learning materials, cancellation rights will be explained at the point of purchase. Where immediate access is requested, any applicable consent and acknowledgement will be obtained.
3. Changing Appointments
If you need to change a mentoring appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice must be given.
Changes requested with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated.
4. Mentoring Programmes & Courses
These terms apply to all mentoring services, online courses, training programmes, Sister Circles and related services provided by [Business Name].
Programmes may include a combination of online learning materials, resources and live mentoring sessions.
Participants are responsible for engaging with the programme and attending any agreed mentoring sessions.
5. Access to Online Learning Materials
Access to online course materials, videos and resources is provided for the duration of the relevant mentoring programme only.
Access will end when the mentoring programme finishes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All course materials are provided for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, distributed or reproduced without prior written permission.
6. Ending a Mentoring Programme
Should you wish to end an ongoing mentoring programme, one month's notice is required.
Any outstanding payments remain payable in accordance with the agreed payment arrangements and applicable consumer rights.
7. General
While every effort is made to provide a supportive and valuable mentoring experience, individual results and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
All mentoring, courses and programmes are intended to support personal and professional development. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content or arrangements where necessary, while ensuring that any significant changes are communicated.
