Circle of Rising Women

A space to regulate, rise, and express​

 

I’m opening a new circle for women who are ready to rise alongside other women who value depth, understanding and mutual support in sisterhood.

 

It’s a gentle, grounded space for women who want something more.

A space for connection, expansion, potential, and sisterhood.

A space where your voice matters, your presence matters, and you get to show up exactly as you are without having to hold everything together.

 

Each circle includes moments of expression and shared wisdom that helps you feel truly seen, heard and understood.

Simple practices to co-regulate which is so important as many women are spending more time alone, when we regulate our nervous systems together, we feel calmer, steadier and more capable.
