Are you feeling held back in some way, as if no matter what you do you keep coming up against a brick wall? Perhaps your body is speaking to you through physical symptoms or you’re feeling drained emotionally or mentally. Many people don’t realise that you can enter this lifetime carrying unresolved experiences from other lifetimes. These can leave imprints on the soul that continue to influence how you feel, how you respond and what you attract. Your soul chose the exact family dynamic and the experiences you’ve lived through to bring these old imprints to the surface so they can be acknowledged and released. You can hold compassion for the painful or challenging things you’ve walked through and still recognise that they are also invitations for your soul to evolve beyond what has been. A soul imprint often feels familiar and old. There’s a sense that the pattern you’re facing has been with you for a long time and that you’ve moved around this cycle more than once. Until the imprint is fully understood and cleared, it can mirror out into your physical world. For example, if you carry an imprint connected to abandonment, you might find it difficult to express your message, gifts or services with confidence because part of you fears being left or judged for doing so. You might also notice similar patterns showing up in relationships or that you keep attracting the same type of person into your life. When an old memory sits within the soul, it’s common to draw in people or situations that resemble the original wound. In our work together, we connect with the source of the imprint and gently clear it so you can move forward with a deeper sense of freedom.
